Joint space image padding

Joint space image padding adds a border of zero-valued voxels to a three-dimensional binary image of the joint segmentation. The amount of padding is based on the standard IPL joint space width script.

Function¶

To pad the joint segmentation image, use the following function:

jsw_pad(joint_seg_image)
